Individual Tapping
- We will work on Skype or in person if you are in or around northern Connecticut
- You can expect a session to last about an hour
- We will tap to try to get to the core of whatever is going on
- I will show you how to tap on your own so you can use EFT whenever you need to
- Sessions involving kids and teens may be one on one or the parents can be involved. That arrangement is up to the family
- Rate: $45 Per Session or $200 for a 5 session bundle
Learn to tap in a group or club
- I will come to your group to teach you to use EFT to relieve anxiety
- Part 1 of the group session will be practicing tapping as a group (about 30-45 minutes).
- Part 2 of the group session will be a 5 minute individual session for each participant who is interested in doing so
Ten Minute Tap
- You will receive a video personalized to your needs
- Tap whenever you like
- Tap as often as you'd like
- All you have to do is follow along
